What are Tech Czar Rewards?
Tech Czar Rewards are the reward points that a Tech Czar member can earn by participating in a number of different marketing initiatives designed specifically for IT Professionals. The number of Tech Czar Rewards earned for participation will be clearly defined in the offer, opportunity or initiative. For example, if you decide to sign up for a subscription to a magazine or to purchase products from a retailer, we will award you a certain number of Tech Czar Rewards per dollar that you spend.
Do I have to be an IT Professional to join Tech Czar?
No. But Tech Czar is a rewards program specifically designed for IT Professionals. If you are not an IT Professional then you will not likely qualify for most of the offers, opportunities or initiatives made available to Tech Czar members.
What is the minimum age to become a Tech Czar member?
You have to be at least 18 years old to become a member of Tech Czar, a community and rewards program for IT Professionals. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Tech Czar's membership services are not written, intended, or designed for children under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from any person we know is under the age of 18.
Which email address should I use to receive the Tech Czar e-mail invitations?
You should use the e-mail address that is most convenient for you. But please inform Tech Czar if you change e-mails. If you want to access or update your personal information submitted to Tech Czar, you can log on to Techczar.com and go to the “My Profile” feature.
Must I complete the entire profile to join Tech Czar?
Yes. Your complete Tech Czar profile is important to us. Tech Czar uses this information to maximize the offers, opportunities and initiatives sent to you and optimize your time spent on Techczar.com.

How does Tech Czar send me an offer, opportunity or initiative?
Tech Czar will present you an offer, opportunity or initiative through the Tech Czar website or through an email invitation. Instructions on how to complete the offer, opportunity or initiative will be clearly stated so that you can complete it thoroughly and efficiently and earn your Tech Czar Rewards. How many email offers, opportunities or initiatives will I receive?
You will be invited to take no more than four Tech Czar offers, opportunities or initiatives per month via email delivery. You can participate in as many offers as you want by logging into your Tech Czar account located at Techczar.com.
Why am I not receiving my Tech Czar survey invitations or emails?
Your email service or software might not recognize Tech Czar. To ensure that your survey invitations are not caught in spam or junk mail filters, you can add us to your whitelist. Since every e-mail system is different, we have instructions for some of the most popular providers/software programs used to protect email addresses. To add us to your whitelist, follow the instructions listed on our whitelist page.
Can I participate in offers, opportunities or initiatives more than four times per month?
You can respond to as many website based offers, opportunities or initiatives that you want but you will receive no more than four per month by email. You can access these offers online by logging into your Tech Czar account located at Techczar.com.
How long will it take to answer each offer, opportunity or initiative?
Tech Czar offers, opportunities or initiatives length varies from 20 seconds to 20 minutes and occasionally longer. We will estimate the length of completion at the beginning of each offer, opportunity or initiative. Tech Czar will award you with a higher amount of Tech Czar Rewards for longer offers, opportunities or initiatives to reward you for your additional time commitment.
If I fail to complete an offer, opportunity or initiative, can I still earn Tech Czar Rewards?
No. Tech Czar requires that you complete your offer, opportunity or initiative to earn your designated amount of Tech Czar Rewards. If you encounter an error and cannot complete the offer, opportunity or initiative, please contact Tech Czar at info@Techczar.com for further instructions and potential reward reimbursement.
How do I stop becoming a Tech Czar member and stop receiving offers, opportunities or initiatives invitations?
When you subscribe to Tech Czar, a community and rewards program for IT Professionals, we will periodically send you an e-mail featuring special and exclusive offers, promotions and other members-only initiatives and invitations. You may register to receive communications from us directly on our website or through a third party. If you no longer wish to receive Tech Czar communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link that you will receive with all offers, opportunities or initiatives, or by contacting Customer Care at info@Techczar.com, or by logging in and selecting the “Opt-out” link located in the “My Profile” section of Techczar.com.
Our email database is updated continually. However, you may continue to receive email communications from us up to ten business days from the time we receive your unsubscribe request. Please note that Tech Czar can only control its own mailing list and policies. Third party advertisers that maintain their own mailing lists may send communications that advertise our services, and you may need to contact these parties directly in order to stop receiving their email communications.

You can see the current Tech Czar Rewards you've earned to date when you log in to your Tech Czar account located at Techczar.com. Go to the “My Profile” area where you can access the detailed summary of your Tech Czar Rewards history.
Can I earn Tech Czar Rewards by getting friends to join and be rewarded if they respond to offers, opportunities or initiatives?

Is there certain profile information that I cannot change?
Yes. You cannot change your birth date, gender or ethnicity.
